What counts as a seat?
Every member of your organization — admins and regular users alike. Billed monthly per active member.
Do AI agents need their own seat?
No. Agents connect through MCP tokens that a member creates. A token acts with that member's rights, or fewer if you restrict it to specific spaces, folders or task lists.
Is anything locked behind a higher plan?
No. There is a single plan, and it includes task lists, the MCP server, time tracking, timesheets, rates and the billing export.
Which currency is used?
Prices are in euros (EUR). Hourly rates you set for your own clients are in euros as well.
Can I limit what an agent can see?
Yes. Create a restricted MCP token and pick the spaces, folders or task lists it may access. Tokens can be revoked at any time.
